You can search for available apartments, townhomes, condos, and houses in the Boulder area. Our advanced search options allow you to search by neighborhood, price, number of rooms, and so on. We have new listings everyday so check back regularly.

Need a roommate?

We just introduced a brand new roommate feature. Create a personal profile and easily connect with other CU students. Unlike Craig's List, the site is ONLY for CU students, faculty and staff. We currently have over 300 students looking for roommates.

Studying abroad? Need to sublet?

Students can post on the message boards for FREE. Advertise your summer sublet or find another student to split your lease with while you are studying abroad.

Annual Off-Campus Housing Fairs

Meet with over 50 landlords and vendors, enjoy free pizza at noon, and enter our raffle to win a new TV without ever leaving campus! It's the best way to get a head start on your housing search. Landlords will have a variety of information about their available properties as well as fun give-aways!

March 7th from 10 am - 4 pm

Off-Campus Housing Fairs are hosted the the UMC Glenn Miller Ballroom.
