You can search for available student apartments, townhomes, condos, and houses in the Boulder area. Our advanced search options allow you to search by neighborhood, price, number of rooms, and so on. We receive new listings every day, so check back regularly.

Need a roommate?

We just introduced a brand new roommate feature. Create a personal profile and easily connect with other CU students. Unlike Craig's List, the site is ONLY for CU students, faculty and staff.

Studying abroad? Need to sublet?

Students can advertise their sublets to CU students, faculty and staff for FREE. Advertise your summer sublet or find another student to split your lease with while you are studying abroad.

Annual Off-Campus Housing Fairs

Meet with over 50 landlords and vendors, enjoy free pizza at noon, and enter our raffle to win a new TV without ever leaving campus! It's the best way to get a head start on your housing search. Landlords will have a variety of information about their available properties as well as fun giveaways!

2014 Dates: January 22nd and February 19th

Off-Campus housing fairs are hosted in the UMC Glenn Miller Ballroom from 10am to 4pm.
